The Fauquier High School Falcons compete in the VHSL Class 4A Northwestern District.

The program
Over the past two decades Fauquier has emerged as one of the top programs in Virginia: VHSL 4A state team champions in 2015, 2016, and 2020, with runner-up finishes in 2009, 2014, 2017, and 2018. Year in and year out the Falcons travel to the best tournaments on the East Coast — Beast of the East, Mount Mat Madness, the Virginia Duals, the USMC Challenge, and Super 32.
The Falcons continue to send seniors to Division I and II college programs, from George Mason and Virginia Tech to VMI, Virginia, Campbell, and West Virginia. See Falcons in college and the full program history.
