Fauquier to Compete at the 38th Virginia Duals

DETAILS: The Virginia Duals are set for Jan. 12-13, 2017. This is the biggest combined high school and college wrestling tournament in the country as the stage is set at Hampton Coliseum. This is the 38th Virginia Duals and will feature 20 college teams and 48 high school teams fro around the country. The Falcons have traveled to this event for the past eleven years as they finished second in 2011 in the America Division, forth in the Black and Blue Division in 2014 and in 2015 the Falcons went 3-2 in the National Division beating two nationally ranked teams.
The Virginia Duals continues to be one of the best tournaments in the state of Virginia. This year the Falcons will be competing in the America Division for the fourth time as team Fauquier is seeded 8th and is schedule to face off with First Colonial HS. on Friday at 5pm. The second round matches for team Fauquier are scheduled for a 8:30pm start. Many links to event can be found below. Good Luck to team Fauquier!
