FRIDAY AND SATURDAY START: 10:00AM
ADMISSION: $25.00 Tournament Pass; Accepted Passes: VHSL, VHSCA, VIAAA, NIAAA, VASSP
DETAILS: Fauquier Wrestling team will be competing in the 4A State Championships at Tuscarora High School. (Leesburg) on Friday, Feb. 21st and Saturday, Feb. 22nd
The VHSL will be hosting the 4A State Championships and State is made up of four Regions (A, B, C, and D) as Regional brackets will be comprised of a 16-Man field. Each Region will have four representatives for each weight class.
The event schedule tentatively has a start time on Friday at 10AM and Saturday 10:00AM and a 5:00PM Championship Finals starting time.
The Falcons have qualified 9 wrestlers that will be competing to try to bring home the State Crown. The top six wrestlers in each weight class will place.
AWARDS: The top 6 finishers in each weight class will receive medals. The Champion and Runner-up Teams will receive a trophy. The individual awards ceremonies will take place between matches of the championship round. All wrestlers will be required to be in uniform for the awards.
