Fauquier WINS the 4A Region C Championships with SIX Champions

TEAM UPDATE:

Championships Semi-Finals: Team Fauquier went 6 and 1 in the Championship Finals. Fauquier had TWO pins from DJ Richards and Gino Camarca.

SIX Regional Champions is the most EVER by Team Fauquier in School History.

Key victories came from Eric Dewald who won 3-1 decision over Caleb Swinson (Liberty). Also Ben Bell won his Finals 5-1 win over Jack Shuford (Loudoun Valley) to secure the TEAM Regional Championships.

Team Fauquier WON the 4A Region C Championships with 186.5 points over Counry foe Liberty  180.5.

Consolations Finals: Team Fauquier went 1-1. Reece Kuhns won s Consolation Finals 4-2 decision over Timmy Faber (Loudoun County) and took 3rd place as David Dewald placed 4th. Both wrestlers will have a first-round bout in the State meet.

Consolation Semi-Finals: Big wins by 120 Reece Kuhns and David Dewald who both won and advance to the Consolations Fauquier.

Championships Semi-Finals: Team Fauquier went 7 and 2 in the Semi-Final. Team Fauquier had TWO pins from Sam Fisher and Thomas. Fauquier will have SEVEN Falcons in the Championship Finals and currently hold a 8.5 point lead with 145 points over the field.

Championship Round 1: Team Fauquier went 9 and 1 in the opening round and had NINE pins from Reece Kuhns, DJ Richards, Gino Camarca, Eric Dewald, David Dewald, Sam Fisher, Ben Bell, Thomas Heisler, and Casey Burr. Team Scores has the Falcons in first place with 63 points 6 pts ahead of the field.
