Dec., 8th 2018 The Preview: Fauquier to Host the Falcon Duals Fauquier High School, Warrenton, VA.

WHERE: Fauquier High School, Warrenton, VA.

DETAILS: Fauquier Wrestling team will be hosting the 21st Annual Falcon Duals Wrestling Tournament on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Teams will be placed in 2 pools of 4 teams. Teams will wrestle all teams in their initial Pools. Top 2 teams in each pool will be placed in a finals pool of 4, while the bottom 2 teams in the initial pools will be placed in another finals pool of 4. The finals pools will not be a full round robin as you will not wrestle the other team from your initial pool. Pool champion criteria is based on pool record, and in case of a tie, then the most overall team points scored within the pool. Initial pools will be finalized and distributed via email the day before the Falcon Duals. A JV Tournament Jamboree will also be occurring through the day starting at 10:00am.

The past few years’ team Fauquier has won the Falcon Duals by going 5-0 in dual matches and last year the Falcons boasted five individual Champions. TOURAMENT VOLUNTEERS: We are currently looking for volunteers to assist with working the tables during the tournament and or if you want to support this event with donations of food to the hospitality room that would be great.

ALUM SUPPORT: All Wrestling Alumni are welcome to come, give support, and hang out on the bench.
